Top 10 Girls names in the UK for 2011/2012

 

Last week I posted about boys names and the most popular boys names for 2011-2012. This week I’m looking at the chart topping girls names for 2011-2012. Our daughter will be 3 this August, and I remember the very early days of calling her by her name and wondering whether we’de chosen correctly, now she couldn’t possibly be anyone else and especially so when she proudly reals off her name and surname. As I did last week I’ll be looking at the meanings of the top 5 names across the lists.
