Gift Vouchers are an ideal convenient gift, which can be posted direct to the recipient if you wish, just enter their address into the delivery info at check out. If you'd like to add a hand written personalised message e-mail one to us. Please keep the message down to 150 characters or less, that's around 2 short sentences in addition to dear ___ and love from ___. Our vouchers come presented in a beautiful bespoke designed gift card and are wrapped in tissue and sealed...because all presents should be wrapped and then opened-that's half the fun.

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders in 1 to 3 working days via first class Royal Mail, however please allow for 3-5 days. If you are out at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left at your local royal mail depot, and a card left advising you of this. Parcels are usually held for 14 days after which time they will be returned.

If the parcel has not been delivered after 10 working days, please contact us. This very rarely happens and we apologise if this is the case.

Kid Kraft kitchens and bedroom furniture are delivered direct from the manufacturer and are the exception, being delivered by courier and taking approximately 2 weeks.

Delivery charges are as follows:

UK Orders under £15 p&p £3.75.
UK Orders over £15 p&p £4.75
UK Orders over £40 p&p £5.50
UK Orders over £100 p&p free (2nd class/standard parcels).
Orders to Northern Ireland £7.00.
